Maybe you duplicate and increase the budget on a profitable ad set. Maybe you cut an ad set that isn’t performing well. Or maybe you respond to comments under your ad. These are all important tasks to carry out. When you do these, your Facebook platform will be running smoothly.
You should also be constantly testing new ad sets. As long as you have the budget for it of course. The more you test, the greater your chance of success will be. Just think, your perfect audience is out there somewhere. You just need to find them.
Customer Service – As well as replying to comments on Facebook, you should also be replying to emails from customers. Depending on your delivery times and product quality, you may receive more or less emails than average. The truth is most customers do not email.
The vast majority of those that do simply want to know someone is on the other side of the screen. They will appreciate a reply reassuring them their order is on the way.
Order Fulfilment – This is a good habit to hold when dropshipping. Try to fulfil all waiting orders every day. This will prevent a backlog of orders which can slow up the delivery process dramatically. You will have no other products bringing in money unless you are actively testing other products. Prevent this by always testing new products.
